Although I do this monthly~it's aggravating when I get stuck on a number for a few days.I am just sooooo Dang anxious as we all are to lose this weight!
The smaller I get the closer I am ~and the more normal I feel Plus I get cuter with each pound and I am still on the edge of being ugly.LOL!(I have seen some of the cutest chubby people on this site~They are so lucky~CUTE NO MATTER WHAT!!! But not me~hahahahahaha)

Am just reading the Beck Diet solution book for the first time. Delighted to find something that is not based on any set food but rather is based on helping me get my head in the right place.

Dont know my way around this site yet, but would like to join in please.

My starting weight is 185 lbs.

THANK YOU~your right by the way~i walked so much that my ankle felt broke and then "BOOM" The number is risen.Although my pants are getting loose again. So Makes me sooooooo MAD! But I am Keeping ON AS YOU SAID!(it will get better eventually!)
