Time2Lose - Welcome. Nope - no particular time frame. Just post/weigh as often as you'd like. The first person to lose 5 pounds gets a big pat on the back and gets to start the new thread! It's a lot of fun and keeps us looking at small goals in our weight loss. :) |
I love looking at losing 5 lbs at a time. Never tried smaller goals before, but when I weighed myself this morning (I can't do it everyday), I felt as excited as if I have lost 10 or 15 lbs because the goal was met. What a great strategy! I am so grateful to have found this site.

So I gained a lb back. I was down to 248 on Thursday, but I'm 249 today. My period started thursday, and I feel so bloated today. I havent had anything to eat yet, and I'm just so bloated - you can see it. And I think I have a stomach bug starting. So I'm not going to change my tickers or anything.
