No change here, but didn't get a workout in yesterday either, so what could I expect? I have been POP with food for 3 days not counting today and feel great, so that's awesome. Today I may do 2 workouts to compensate. We'll see.
I went and bought a state of the art scale last night. My old scale was giving me false reads. I think that I'll just wait until the next 5lbs challenge to being again. Good Luck to all of you.
