I took a couple days off from my "magic" ski machine, to try to shock my body in to losing some. I walked extra at work last night, but it is raining today. SOooo, I got back on my ski but I tried to keep my heart rate less than 80% of my max. I did 3.7 miles on a pretty easy tension. We will see if it helps.... But I did reach my goal of 50 miles in FEB!!!!!

Ms Perception: Good job this week on keeping at it! Ugh, shoveling totally counts!!!

Fullsteam: Great Job sistah! You have racked # of minutes. I am inspired!!! Did you have a chance to check out the geocaching site? Have you found your first cache? Our first find was right at the end of our street! now we are at 91 finds. That is child's play compared to some. But we have a really good time with it. P.s I will be joining your monthly challenge! I like month to month too.

Good to see you back Hattie!!!! AWESOME jOB on Getting to the big 50! I bet that feels wonderful!!!!

Ms Perception: I am glad it is you and not me shoveling....Although my workouts could use some variety, I am thankful that is not an option for me!!!

Fullsteam: I notice your workouts are trending up in the time! Great job! Keep it up and you will be at goal SOON!!

As for me, I am being lazy right now, but my plan is to get back up off the couch as soon as my coffee is done, and hit the ski machine. It is still rainy and wet here, so I won't be outside to walk today

back girls ........I totaled 1372 minutes for Feb. beating last month by about 250! This month, I don't know...I will just continue as I have been as I already feel like I am pushing. My goal is to continue with my workouts and consistency. Lewis, ty for the encouragement...it's always a nice thing. It sounds like you were missing your outdoor walk yesterday, I just love my outdoor walks too. It is great that you have your ski machine at home and can work indoors when need be. I would be lost without my treadmill. Ah well girls, we will be in better shape when we are able to get out there

Want to say a big thanks to all of you....hattie for starting the thread for us and to all of you for the inspiration . I really don't think I would have done as well without you...being together and holding oneself accountable here made it more fun and definitely more helpful too. Don't know how I am going to do March...I started the thread and will post my minutes there to keep them in neat place by the month but not sure how I am going to do this...maybe copy and post my minutes here too......like your company girls to you all, keep up the great work.

Hi girls! I have officially started my March miles! I was chomping at the bit yesterday! I went outside despite the cold wind. I think I had some cabin fever for sure! I will say, going out in the freezing weather makes the "cabin" look pretty good again! LOL I got 3.75 miles in today!
Full Steam I am gonna post in both places until St. Patty's day too. It never hurts to have the extra support! I am planning my next caching hike, just as soon as the sun peaks its head out!
Hattie, glad to hear youve been working it! WTG!
Msperception: I am envious of your ticker! I want to be where you are SOOO bad

That is to funny, Hattie, that you named your elliptical. I named my Nordic track the "Magic Machine" I think I will post a thread over in exercise to see if we are the only ones......Just for a little fun!
