I did 1 hr on the Wii Fit tonight then played around with my daughter on her We Cheer game. I didnt do so well at lunch, but I had a bagel and yogurt for supper, so that should help make up for it!! I am worried when I go back to work next week I wont be able to exercise for one hour a day, but I will make sure I get in at least 30 mins.

Oh my gosh, I have missed so much time, so many posts! It's been crazy around here the past few weeks, things are finally simmering down. I know I sound like a broken record by now but I really need to get myself on that treadmill (it's already almost January!) and as a means of a constructive stress reducer as well. A big to you all. It's so nice to see everyone from the prior challenge and also to those just joining in I look forward to getting to know everyone.

Christian, I am sorry for being so late, I read the posts! I hope you had a beautiful day! great going girl in every respect. Did you just get the wii fit too or did you have it? I have been hearing so much about it lately, the girl at the vets was telling me about it too. That item is so hot, it's hard to find. Dh tried to find me one, maybe they will restock now. How do you like it Christian? From what I can gather, it appears to be a fun and not boring at all! Regarding doing the plan with your daughter and setting an example, I think that is wonderful! keep it rockin girl.

Hattie, hello there! awwww you! Ty ty! I am still here, just been consumed the past week and a half or two. Hattieeeeeeeee, you are doing so awesome.......keep up with that great work and keep shining! It sounds like your putting your new elliptical to work and kicking butt all the way around! wtg hattie . urockmom , hi : ). How is everything going with you? Geez girl, we are due for another storm tomorrow. Dh and I went and got some groceries and ran errands so we would not have to run out tomorrow. So tired, glad we got it done and need not worry about it tomorrow. W e were planning to maybe go out to dinner but that remains to be seen, we have back up planned for staying here at home. Don't forget about that shoreline walk in good weather okay?

Lene, how are you???? Boy , do I miss you guys! I am okay now but the little " fur ball" got diagnosed with cancer. We have been running to specialists and docs and testing and researching (prior 2 week s or so). It is so hard lene but we are coming to grips with it and have finally based our decision on speaking to docs, etc. etc. Doing the best we can for h im right now and fortunately he is feeling very fine today! we are trying a new med on him. I hope all is well with you and that you had a nice holiday season. How is your health regiment going?

Luckymom, hi : ). Smart gal working on posting morning and night and I am going to try and follow suit! Those are the times I am most successful, the support and having someone to talk to, etc. makes such a difference. Keep up the great work!

Sass, hey there! I am starting ph1 of SBD again toooooo! I did it yesterday , tomorrow I wont be on but then hitting again on THursday all the way through. I definitely needed ph1 again, I will call Thursday my day1...let's keep each other posted okay? : ) keep it rockin'

to all you other girls, it's nice to have you join...the more the merrier! Don't forget also that it's never too late to join so any of you out there thinking to do so, please do!

As for me my dear ladies, planwise I have been completely not OP during Christmas week! I totally got lost in carb heaven and whatever else. Time to get back in gear. I went to the market the other day and got all my healthy stuff for the plan (ph1 of SBD). My goal is to lose 12 lbs. from my last lowest weigh in! Other goals are to get my water intake in and start the freaking treadmill! lol In my mind, spring is just right around the corner....even though we are in the midst of winter here (in mass), I know the time will fly and it will be spring before we know it. That is a very pleasant thought for me as I just loooooooove the mild and warm weather but also a wake up call in that it's time to seriously buckle down now!

I hope everyone has an awesome New year filled with love, health, and happiness! I will be writing, one of my goals is to write regardless of what may or may not take place and to be consistent, I hate losing touch. Ty for being here and ty for the tremendous support and inspiration!

Today was a success for me. Stayed on plan with food and burned about 700 calories in spin (lost at leat a pound of sweat)! Tomorrow I'm hoping for another successful day, the New Years celebration might put a wrinkle in things so I'm going to save a few hundred calories for a beer or two. I'll be sure to load up on water as well. Happy almost New Years all!

Two TOM in one month???? I think that was my problem. I gained 12lbs in two weeks, had three bad headaches (still have one) and I just got two pimples today. I'm down 6.2lbs in two days. Wonderful!

Fullsteam - I LOVE the wii fit game!!! You have just got to get you one, I mean, it doesnt feel like exercise ( until you start sweating ) and it makes it so much fun!! Tell the hubby to keep looking girl, you will LOVE it! Oh and yeah, he my DH got it for me for Christmas..that sweetie And thanik ya for the Birthday wishes

Melissa- Way to go on the 700 calories burned!! You are doing amazing!

Sass- Oh now it makes sence, your body was just acting goofy on you...the other 6 pounds will be gone in no time flat...and way to go on losing the 6

TOM visiting once a month is too much for me, twice would be miserable!

Everyone seems to be doing very well, yay!

I'm done with my exercise for the day and now have to watch my calories. I'm running errands all day so that shouldn't be difficult. Then it's party time!

I am headed to the gym now here at work....I am ready to bring in the new year and new me to follow...hahaha... It is really quiet here at work.....so I think it will be nice to get on the treadmill and listen to my music....

I'm slacking today, just going to get on the bike for about 1/2 an hour and then had out to get munchies to put those cals back on! LOL! Movie night with my son and we "MUST HAVE JUNK FOOD MOM!!"So, today I will cave(although not go overboard) and tomorrow start the New Year off fresh!

Hattie~You are currently my inspiration as you lost so much weight over the Christmas challenge and I managed to turn it from challenge to maintenance. I am sure that you'll keep on track here!!

Fullsteam~So, so sorry to hear the news about the fur ball. I hope that you have many more good days than bad. No, I have not forgotten about our walk on the ; I just can't imagine it!!! The next beach I see will be the end of Feb for winter vacation so I am looking forward to being in better swimsuit shape by then!!!

Lene, luckymom, Sass, and everyone else~It sounds like you guys are all of to a fast and fabulous start to the New Year and a New You!!! I am hoping to be able to keep up!!!

So, as for me, our holiday season extends through tomorrow when we have a big party with about 60 people coming over. I have spent all day yesterday shopping, all day today cooking & cleaning, so no real exercise per say. Just hanging in and on!!!

As for the challenge, having set them and not reached them, I have decided not to jinx it by "saying" out loud what my goal is. I am going to just really try to keep working on my long-term goal and if I make it to my mental challenge by V-Day, I'll be letting you know!!!

Hi all!
Sounds like everyone is doing good so far!
I'm doding ok, not bad, but could be better. I'm doing so-so with the eating and have been doing ok with the exercise.
Time for me to kick it up a notch!

I'm having a little problem with Hubby.
Last night he said.
" You butt is smaller....I dont think I like it"
DH loves the thick women. He says he doesnt think thin women are attractive at all.
Of course I want my hubby to think I look good so I am struggling with deciding what weight I should get to. I'm 5'1 135 so I'm curvy... wouldnt say fat. So I dunno. He says dont lose 1 more lb. I wanted to get to 110. Maybe I'll lose the 10 lbs for this challenge that would put me at 125.... maybe that would be good enough.
What do you ladies think?

Anyway sorry about going on and on.

back at it- My kids want junk here too I have to go out and get them some chips or something...oh well I love em and they wont be eating alot of junk in a day or 2 as fruit and veggies with lowfat dip will be made up in the fridge for them when they get munchy

urockmom- HI!!!! I missed you girl!!!!! I am with you on setting a # almost, I think I am actually going to cut mine down some and just try for 4 myself, I have to have more for the next challenges right???

Shy- Well if hubby likes you where you are...I would stay there I mean it is all about being healthy and looking good for the man right?? If you want to just shoot for 5 pounds and then see if you want to go to 10, just be sure not to tell him about losing anymore He will get on to you
