Hey everyone!
I have seen a few comments on wanting to post names...that is okay but then people will have to go back and try to remember what page that post is on and look at people....
the best way to participte is log on and meet new people...if you are only logging in and posting a couple of times through a challenge then people don't know your there...or may think you don't want to participate because maybe you don't have time...
so don't be shy....come on....I know it is hard...maybe you don't know what to talk about......just try the basics....talk about what kind of plan your on...counting calories....weight watchers...so forth and so on...
or you can talk about a problem your having...with food...exercise...anything....and trust me you will have something in common with people...and people will be able to give you support...also look for people who need support....
before you know it everyone will be used to seeing your name and know who you are and tag you!!!
This isn't meant to make anyone feel left out....it is to help us have fun while losing weight..and meet people who are in the same fight we are in!
So......it looks like I have 60 minutes of exercise to get done and then I get to tag up to six people.....so I'm gonna be a taggin' fool tomorrow night....just you wait!
