Yay, another pound down... I was pretty good with last nights dinner out at mexican. Steak fajitas with only salsa lettuce and tomatoes none of that other calorie laden stuff. Though I did have a dozen corn chips with salsa, ah well can't be perfect but I guestimated that I was still finishing the day with a calorie deficit so I am happy.

Well, that was stupid. I ran out of the house before I could eat anything yesterday because I was running late. Then I realized I didn't have any money on me, and then at around 4 I went to a party where they were serving tons of food and gorged myself until about 7.
