i am starting the 30 day shred tommorow i watched level one and it seems doable daily...So anyone up for it?

I'm in I start in the morning Level 1 is totally doable, I tried it a few times before but had many problems that kept me from doing it every day but the problems are fixed now so I'm ready to go all out for 30 days!

I also figure if it gets harder at the higher levels just kick back to level one for a a couple days

Absolutely!! Join us! i watched level one very accessible to those who are not in such great shape ( like myself) YET. only 20 minutes .

Oh Good, This is my first challenge i am so excited...i tend to fizzle rather quickly with exercise, so i amhoping this will give me a push to keep going

I'm excited to do this with you guys! I've heard people have GREAT success when they do it for the 30 days. My goal is to be 162 by the end of the 30 day challenge. Totally doable. I'll PM you tomorrow after day 1!
