I am on a roll but it is because I am serious about it this time and am being very careful about what I eat and making sure I exercise. It is also my first week being serious so the weight is coming off faster than it will later. Another pound gone yesterday :D

My scale was kind of heavy yesterday so I was expecting a loss but not this big in a day so I won't be suprised if it goes up again tomorrow. For some reason yesterday I couldn't stop wanting food all day. It was scary and so I ate a lot but chose everything healthy other than the handful of m&ms. I mean I ate 3 salads yesterday as well as having salad in my sandwiches. All up I was right at 1500calories for the day even with my constant eating. I am so proud of myself for staying on track with my first tough day since I started. I hope the scale number this morning helps keep me good today when I have to make 36 halloween cupcakes for my kids party.
