I am on a roll but it is because I am serious about it this time and am being very careful about what I eat and making sure I exercise. It is also my first week being serious so the weight is coming off faster than it will later. Another pound gone yesterday :D

My scale was kind of heavy yesterday so I was expecting a loss but not this big in a day so I won't be suprised if it goes up again tomorrow. For some reason yesterday I couldn't stop wanting food all day. It was scary and so I ate a lot but chose everything healthy other than the handful of m&ms. I mean I ate 3 salads yesterday as well as having salad in my sandwiches. All up I was right at 1500calories for the day even with my constant eating. I am so proud of myself for staying on track with my first tough day since I started. I hope the scale number this morning helps keep me good today when I have to make 36 halloween cupcakes for my kids party.

Haha...thank you. I feel like I have been stuck in this "decade" for ages. My mind and body are ready for the 150's! I haven't weighed under 155 in my adult life and it will be exciting for me to finally reach a healthy weight for my height (154) and no longer be overweight. I hate that word! My Christmas wish is to be in the 140's so I'm sure I'll soon tire of the 150's too!

I so understand where you are coming from. I hate that I'm considered "overweight" and the fact that the docs always tell me that. It really annoys me! Looks like we are the same height too. I got just under 150 before I got preggo with my baby girl and LOVED IT. I keep screwing myself over though. I start seeing those 150's and for some reason think I'm allowed to eat whatever I want again...hasn't been a good week for eating. I haven't even got on the scale the last two days because I know I will be dissappointed. Plus, TOM is on day one so I'm waiting until at least Sat or Sun to get back on!

Looks like everyone is on a roll at the moment! whenever i'm stuck in a spot for a long time I just think about how eventually my body will relaize what i'm doingand WOOOSH away the pounds all at once.. hehe Maybe wishful thinking.. but it KINDA gets me through lol

I would of been ecstatic to have stayed the same weight because I thought yesterdays weigh in was too good to be true. But I dropped another pound. I am a little suspicious of my scale right now.

So weird. I was 150 yesterday morning. I've been at or above 149.5 for 12 days. Last night I realized today's weigh-in would be hopeless when I noticed the huge dent on my shins where they were pressed against my desk. Weighed myself last night - yup, 157 pounds. Woah. Talk about water.

So I have no idea how I dropped that much overnight. I didn't think I peed that much! I re-checked, and got 149 consistently, so not too far off, but I'm sticking with 148, because I really need the encouragement. I'm one of those who get motivated when I lose, but more lax when I don't :dizzy:.

JamieJo, I was shocked by my weight this morning. I was sure I'd be up several pounds. So last night, I had this debate in my head all evening about whether I would pretend to forget to post my weight in the morning. :dizzy:. I'm pretty sure I would have posted, regardless, but how silly was that?
