Sounds like FB and Faux have discovered what works for them--WTG girls! :cp: Mine is somewhat similar, but I've focused so much more on getting in the exercise most everyday, and I keep pushing it, and myself, more and more. I think the focus thing is really important, my hub says I'm obsessed as well with this whole journey about getting back into "shape". lol! Well, that is what is working long term for me this time, and this web-site really helps keep me FOCUSED! :carrot:
I am gonna try harder with the food part of it, though. I'll take some pointers from you guys, if you don't mind......:D |

Eny:I've been writing my weight down each day with my food and exercise. and I def know how annoying the fluxuating weight is.Just know that if you are super up one day..but still Op..it will whoosh away in due time. I know it's easier to say than to do.. but just keep working at it..and dont give yourself a reason to gain more.. It will woosh away in no time!!
