I got 7 miles this morning. Just couldn't get into the groove to do my goal of 10. I will try for 8 tomorrow. Luke thinks I am pushing myself to hard anyway.

Had some issues with my back so I'm a little behind, but I am here with you!!!!!

Hi Kati, I did 6 miles in 35 mins. tonight while watching ER. I didn't do as badly as I thought I would :). Even though I have a large seat I really need one with LOTS of padding, if ya know what I mean :). As it was, I had to have one of the kids shove a pillow under my butt, half way through my "ride", haha!!!!

YAY bigmomma! That is fantastic! I couldn't ride a normal bike because of the seat, that is why I got myself a recumbent. Nice HUGE seat and no pillers needed. :)

I got 11 miles in today.

Hey Kati, I did 8 miles tonight, while watching Coco Chanel. I get so into the shows I almost forget that I'm rideing the bike, that is till my butt reminds me:) I think I need to adjust my seat, seems like it may be to low????

Way to go!!!!!!! That is fantastic! If you have the money you really should look into a recumbent. They are so much easier on your butt, but they are also much better for your hips!

I got 7 miles in today. Luke keeps reminding me that I need to take an easy day or two a week, but I love riding so I am cutting back miles instead of not doing it at all.

Hello! last night I rode a measly 4.3 miles. I had to stop, I just had to, my butt was KILLING ME!!!!! Today I am determined to make this bike more comfy, even if I have to duck tape pillows to it :)

Shoot girl, 4 miles RAWKS!!!!!! Way to go! Somethingyou could try, is buy a board, one that you can strap/tape to your seat that is wider and then strap a pillow to it.

I got another 10 miles today. I didn't push hard though, my tailbone is hurting today. I crushed it a few years ago and I think I have aggrivated the old inuury. *ouch*

I was really bummed that I didn't ride yesterday. I had time, I was just to tired/stressed from a suckage day. I did get in around 2 miles of walking though.

Anyway...I got in 8 miles today for a total of 81 miles! I can't wait to hit 100!

Yea, I slacked off for two days, well I did get a lot of swimming in. I just needed to rest my butt:) I felt guilty for not riding with ya, but knew you'd understand. Plan to get some serious miles in tonight:)
