I'm late checking in but I weighed myself yesterday and today:

SW - 167.2
CW - 166.7
GW - 162.2

Ugh, I am up 1.5 lbs from the last 5# challenge. Also, I went out of town this weekend and WALKED and HIKED my butt off (I thought!) but I guess my eating, while light, was mostly junk.

Good for you! :) You'll move past the pain part quickly - I promise. Then you'll get into that good muscle soreness that says you did a good job.

When I first started lifting weights, my loss stalled for a bit (well, as much as it was already stalled a bit, but you know what I mean! :) ). The suddenly it's like my body went "oh. THIS is what I'm supposed to be doing" and things kicked back into gear again.

I can almost see the 180's! I started this challenge a little late, but from BL WI last Monday, I've lost 2.8 lbs. in one week so I know it's coming off.

Yeah.. i guess I shouldn't complain.. I just like it when the scale goes down. Sometimes I just get frustrated when the harder I work.. the less the scale declines! Oh well.. it will happen.. and i know Im getting stronger :)
