I usually post in the morning but the day has been a hard one. I ate a lot over the weekend and last night so I was up and I was so depressed today I didn't get a workout in.
Well much to my surprise I just weighed myself tonight to see how much weight I gained from my long weekend at the beach. And I dropped almost 1 lb since Friday. I am very very excited. Welcome all the new people joining!! Good Luck!!!
