I worked out like I was a rented mule yesterday, and I'm up 2 lbs. I have a new WW scale which weighs me closer to the meeting's scale, so I'll switch to that next go-round.

Bleah. But I knew yesterday would be a killer - I ate out and lots of salty food, plus dessert. I do think it's temporary. I was over my calorie limit by 1200 or so .. not enough to gain a full #. I know that. :) Just enough salt and processed stuff to make me bloat.

I'm still hoping for a whoosh on Tuesday when my TOM ends.

I went for a 3.6 mile walk/jog yesterday and a 10 mile ride (first time on a bike in about 15 years or more) so I am hoping thats why I am down!!!
