I'm up again. I'm hoping it's because I'm due to start TOM on Wednesday. Fingers crossed! SW-214 CW-212 GW-209 theresia-I hope your toe is feeling better! Heather-I kind of feel the same way you do about the scale. I'm getting a little obsessive. In fact, if I get up in the middle of the night to drink water or use the restroom, I will weigh myself. Why? No clue. Maybe I think I weigh less at night. Josephine-you look a lot like somebody I used to work with. Do you have a sister in the Air Force? Good job on the loss, McKenziesmomma! Photochick, kittycat and miriam-I feel your pain! Hang in there. Pudge (who is a little bit pudgy, but mostly just solid cat) is adapting pretty well. We're having a lot of fun with him. Hope you all had a good Monday! |

Thank you all for the welcomes :)!! Well, good news this morning! I am not sure why it's down....but:
SW: 145.5 CW: 143.0(-2.5) GW: 140.5 This daily accountability is really good for me. Otherwise, I would slip up daily and say, well, it's only a couple of brownies, :o! Kitty- I am a sweet food addict, and have to completely remove them from my diet. One piece is never enough and leads to two every day. |
Darby that's exactly why I'm backing off a bit from the scale - I weigh anytime I change clothes, go to bed etc etc. I need to weigh more then once a week to stay on track but it was getting ridiculous.
Congrats to the losers and maintainers today. I'm at 213.4 which is 2 down 3 to go. |
You guys are nuts with all that weighing! As obsessive as I am, I'm even MORE superstitious! I step on the scale first thing in the morning (after rolling out of bed, peeing, and exhaling as hard as I can!), and then sometimes right when I'm back from a run just to check my dehydration levels (and I know I'm guaranteed to see an even lower number then) . And that's IT! I'm convinced if I step on it at ANY other time, terrible things will happen!

No change with my weigh yet,, But I don't expect so much when I don't exercise,, The toe is better but it still hurts a little.. So a few days more of resting..
Josephine - the mouse didn't atacked me really,, but it came running towards me because my dad hunted it with a stick,, it also had a dog hunting it to so it was kinda scared :). At least it's dead now .. :) McKenziesmomma - Don't have a pool close, so I'll have to skip swimming.. But thanks for the tip, When I'm in Sweden I use to swim.. It's really relaxing. |
