It was too hot, so I went to the gym tonight. 1.63 on elliptical and 2.2 on treadmill

Week 1 - 12.8
Week 2 - 10.43

Month - 23.23 / 50 (Almost halfway there! :D)

I ran 6.02 miles this morning in soup as far as I could tell (so it should count double!)....

I know its a little late in the month but I was wondering if you minded if I joined and I will for sure try to do at least 50 in the rest of the month. I have two small kids and most of the time I can only walk with them and they can only stand about one time around our big block lol but when I dont have them with me I try to do at least ten and its a big big block lol! So if its alright I would like to join!

Tonight the weather was awesome!!! I did 5K (3.1 miles)

Month - 28.53 / 50 (halfway there! )

Hi! I'm updating mileage since Friday.
6 mile runs done Friday and Sunday and 1.5 mile hike (round trip) up to Bash Bish Falls in NY state this Sat with the whole family. Beautiful!!

so now....48.5/100. I'm workin' it!! :)

:oI forgot all about totalling my miles for last week and logging it on. But I met my goal for the week of 10 miles, and actually got in 15 miles. So I am up to 32.15mi/50 done. I'm over halfway there.:dance:

I forgot to wear my pedometer and do my exercises today, so that isn't starting the week very well. I'll have to pick up the pace tomorrow so that I meet my 10 mile goal for the week.

Hop on in Brook. Every little bit helps, and you still have 3 weeks to get in a pretty decent goal, and you might just make it to 50miles.

I got 5.5 miles done over the last couple of days...so that brings me to

Another 2 mile walk this AM, so I'm up to 28.5/75. Now if I could get the eating back under control, my weight wouldn't be holding steady. At least it's not going up!!

I walked 3 miles in NYC today. Went to visit my Mom and her friend who owns a jewelry business. I loooooove looking at pretty jewels. But, I don't really feel the need or have the opportunity to wear them :)

Month - 30.73 / 50 (Only 19.27 to go!!! I may beat my goal)

I was in a bad mood today, so I only got in 1.9miles today, making 34.05/50 miles done. If I get called in tonight, I may be able to add some extras for tomorrow.

Hi all! I said I would be back in July, didn't I? ;) Well, I AM back, finally. I'm not going to set a mileage goal for the rest of the month; my goal will just be to post here, and then I will set a goal for August. So, starting yesterday...

3.55 done.
