Down another today .....Yayyyy!!! I'm just waiting for TOM to move in any second now to screw it all up....but I keep thinking of Vikks nice post TOM whoosh as she calls it and maybe I will get one of those too...as for now...looks like that extra 1/2 mile I walked plus some strength training yesterday paid off...

Well, Miriam, I'm right there with you. I gained a pound too...and I'm like WTH! Saturday I ate Mexican (only went over my calories by like 98 calories and went walking 2 miles) and lost a #....yesterday only had 1400 calories and walked 2 miles and gained a #.......the only thing I can think of is my TOM should start any second and maybe its really getting close or who knows....I wish I could go get one of those weight scales that tell your weight to the 10th of a lb so I could really know if I gained a whole # or lost a whole #.....anywho

I didn't weigh in this morning. I'm having a **** of a time this TOM. I went to bed last night at 8:30 with a heating pad on my belly. I'm hoping I feel back to normal tomorrow and will brave the scales then.
