Have a great day everyone and HAPPY CANADA DAY to all Canadians!!

Good morning girls! I'm doing good right now... although my stomach hasn't been feeling the best. I'm working from home today which is nice. I wasn't feeling good this morning , and my little one had a rough night so we stayed home. I love the flexibility of my company! It rocks!

I'm going to go and eat some cheerios (I LOVE the multigrain ones) and then cut up the rest of the watermelon I bought for a healthy snack for DD and I later. Plus it won't upset our stomach further.

Have a GREAT DAY! &

That is my life mantra... I found it online somewhere - and it makes the most sense to me! It helps to have it plastered on the refridgerator too!

Mckenziesmomma- Thanks for the encouragement!!

I need to go to the gym, but I'm waiting to see how I feel and if the family wants to leave the house with me. I haven't been this weight in a long time,it's nice. I think seeing my bmi tell me I was obese and then overweight got to me.

I'm hungry, but not sure what to eat, hmmm..

I do exercise. I am a Jazzercisin' fool! But we start off easy and work to hard/higher impact. Starting off running has to be hard on your knees! And I love my knees! I want them to be with me for a long time.

Happy Tuesday to everyone!! I tell ya...i just seem to stay so busy at work these days, i just never get to post anymore. Not to mention, i feel like i am sooo far off the wagon these days. Money is getting tighter and tighter and my days seem so much busier than ever. Focusing so much on getting the boyfriend moved in...what a challenge. But that should all be over by this weekend. He has to be out of the apartment by the 5th. I'm thankful for that because i can't stand dragging this out till the 18th like he was planning on. I just want it done and over with so we can get down to planning out our days together (like dinners, what time who's going to be home with the kids, ect.). Also, trying to figure out a way that i can start carpooling. It'd be nice to only drive to work one week out of every three. I could save $120 for each two weeks i don't drive. That'd be great! Plus my boyfriend paying half the rent and electric. But, i'd have to drop the gym membership cause i wouldn't be able to go if i'm carpooling...so there's another $55 a month. But, i can always jog down my dirt road. Be a change of pace from the gym. As long as i'm getting my 50 minutes of excersize in 3-4 times a week, it doesn't matter where i get it in.

Eating is kinda off too. I get paid on the 5th, so i can go grocery shopping and get my healthy choices and salads.

I look forward to being at least -16. That's 2 lbs/week for 8 weeks. My current weight is 173.5; a successful challenge would be put me around 157lbs.

My plan:
Lower calorie intake
Water and seltzer only
Multivitamin and biotin daily
30-45 mins/cardio at gym daily
200 crunches/day
Entire Taebo DVD every morning, beginning July 4th
Yoga every Sunday
Lower salt intake

July 1-September 1... I'm going to do this!
