GG, I'm good with one goal. I'm not really concerned about getting a gold star. While it's cool, it's not my overall motivation & it doesn't demotivate me to not get one.
I think we can keep the same thread and just add to the posts we've already created--just add a second week & 3rd and 4th, until it gets to cumbersome.
I have to say that this challenge has really helped keep me on track. Usually weekends are hard for me eating-wise. Even though I didn't meet the calorie goal it really kept me from going completely overboard.
Keep up the good work everyone!

I've been waiting for a week #2 thread but if one isn't going to get started I'll join here.
I want to burn at least 2000 calories this week. I also have a heart rate moniter that tells me as I work out so this should be fun. I only burned 1400 last week so it will be a challenge for me!

WEEK #2!!!
Ok here are my Numbers for week #2 challenge:
1200-1500 cals/ day
180 mins of exercise this week.
I went to the Dr.s yesterday and she told me that I'm doing great. That even though I gained back a lot of what I lost I learned from it - AND she said the important thing was I caught myself before I gained EVERYTHING back.
Moving forward -working hard!
6/23: 1377 cals, day off of exercise
6/24:1332 cals, 25 min yoga, 15 min "airplane" and other exercises w/ my 6 year old (whose #40).. I found the exercises in amagazine awhile ago for things you can do to work out when you have toddlers to incorporate them in it so that it's fun - let me tell you IT WORKS!!!
6/25: 1485 cals, 45 min walk w/ BF (HE actually went! ), 15 min Kidercise!
6/26: 1475 cals, 45 min Slim in 6
6/27: 1236 cals, no "formal exercise - but a lot of walking yesterday
6/28: ??? cals, 45 min "walk away your waistline" video
6/29

Mommie27- you inspire me with the way you write your goals so concretely! It feels like there's no choice in the matter but success! So I'm going to try it:
1. I will do 30 minutes of cardio 4 days this week.
2. I will do the running program Shay turned me on to for 3 of those workouts.
3. I will get 8 hours of sleep every night this week.
6/23: 30 minutes, 1 running workout
6/24: BAND CAMP... (THERE WAS A MOUSE IN MY OFFICE!!!)

With all the rampant success on this thread I'm a bit ashamed to say that my attempts to increase my sleep hours have been frankly pathetic. Must try harder. The problem is that I have a lot to do when I get home from work and before I know it, midnight has come and gone, and as I get up at 06:30 it's always going to be a struggle at that point.
No problem to hear my music, how do you want to access it? I could upload it to a website and post the link, is that any good?
The genre is basically rock, not too metal, a bit Hagar/Bryan Adams - ish. Regrettably it has my vocals on it, vocals aren't my strongest point, but I guess it sounds vaguely acceptable.
The romantics among you may be interested in the story behind one of the tracks, Web Baby. My best friend became online buddies with a girl in Canada, to cut a long story short, he moved over there to be with her (from the UK) in November last year, and he's still there.
