I had a bad couple of days :( Here is my confession...friends took me out for a late B-day celebration to a place we NEVER go to, I couldn't resist, I got my favorite, seafood fetticini :hungry: it was absolutely delicious and I tried to share a lot. Unfortunately it was also accompanied by too much wine and a big breakfast. We grilled greek burgers and corn on the cob last night with choc. chip cookies for dessert. I am a sucker for cookie dough and the combination of the two days put me UP 6 pounds!!! I am super into vacation mode right now and have been super lazy and not eating right. Seeing that 208.5 on the scale really scared me. I have made so much progress, I don't want to see it piddled away because I can't say "no" to a stinking cookie! I think I will be calorie-**** for a bit and see if that helps me get back into the swing of things. I am going to take the kids for a bike today and WILL exercise EVERYDAY!!!

not weighing in for a few days here... im PMSing like crazy and have to admit to being tempted by a couple icecream bars over last two days... i gave in! but i am ok about it. back on the horse right? im losing around a pound per week and im happy with that, im a slow loser and ive been stressed alot recently. im taking my own fruit salad tomorrow to my mums house for fathers day dinner... (weird how you guys have fathers day the same day as us, but mothers day is different?) im feeling ok, im gonna really plan this week and ya know what i want to eat healthy... nom nom nom!! gonna weigh in Wednesday :) love you guys ! |

Today I got Jillians 30 days shred.. Will try to do it for 30 days now.. =).. Let's hope it will make me lose some more pounds faster.. about the fathers day.. In Sweden it is in the beginning of November.. and here in the Dominican Republic it is at the end of July |

SW: 156.8 CW: 156 GW: 151.8 I did see 155.8 on the scale first, but I was wary about it and weighed myself again, I'm okay with the 156, it means I only lost 1 pound this whole week, but that's better than gaining one!!! Tuesday is my measurement day - and that's when I'm waiting to see some REAL results! PS - That means I'm officially down my first 10 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Good morning my pretties! Happy Sunday! I brought my own food to a BBQ last night and watched everyone else totally pig out. I might have had just a couple of moments of jealousy, but staying on plan paid off when the scale dropped a bit more this morning. Yay for sticking to my guns! And I've lost 4 pounds so far this week (tomorrow is my "official" weigh in) -- whoo hoo!

I was attacked by late night guacamole and chips and refuse to weigh today. It wasn't a gross amount but this morning I wish I hadn't eaten it! Oh well onward today is a new day.
Today I have a bridal shower to go to then on to my Dad's. Both will have calorie laden food but I don't think it'll be a big problem since little will be vegan. Just wish I had time to make it to the gym to make up for yesterday but it's just not going to work out. |
I was down to 143 this morning!!!!
I now that I am losing weight here in dominican repbulic, because I don't eat that much-- In sweden I go and take a cookie, and then an extra sandwich, and then some soda.. I don't to that here :).. So it feels pretty good!. SW 146 CW 143 GW 141 |

I'm not home until tonight, so won't be able to weigh today. I suspect I'm about status quo. My meals ysterday consisted of hot dogs, salad, ice cream, sushi, and pecan pie.
I ate moderate amounts - and swam like crazy yesteday - so I'm not stressed about it and I don't think I over did anything. I made the best choices possible in a couple of difficult situations and allowed myself a few bites of yummy dessert. But I do like the "calorie ****" idea for next week. I have a full week in the office next week and I eat much better when I'm back in routine. . |
