i am down 1.4 today.. so start weight was 208.4, current is 207, goal is 203.4 45 mins of pilates done today and i think ketosis has kicked in finally as i have zero appetite! |

If we were doing a challenge on who could GAIN 5lbs. first, I'd be real close to winning! I spent the weekend wallowing in self-pity, and of course, you can't wallow without eating. So, needless to say I'm UP 4.5 lbs. I imagine that's about 2 lbs of real weight and 2 lbs of water weight (I hope!).
So I'm up to 216.5. I'm not defeated though. I'm done wallowing, it's time to get on with my life. I'll have a three week break between semesters so I'm going to follow in the footsteps of Tyler and fauxtini and do double workouts a few days a week. I'll need some sort of focus to keep me busy during that time. I'm also making a list of chores that need to be done around the house. A good spring cleaning will definitely keep me out of the kitchen. You guys are doing great! Nice job on the losses and the maintaining. |

Im back down to 180. so I still have 5 pounds to lose. I feel like my body has shut off it's fat burning mechanisms! lol Oh well. It will come.
I think Therisa is in the lead with 3 pounds lost! Way to go! COrrect me if i'm wrong. Here's to a good week! I made it through this weekend without much damage, can't wait to get my butt in high gear this week! |
OK, back down another 0.2 to 165.8. Still up a pound (mostly water, hopefully) from my huge dinner out the other night. Oh well, I know it's temporary.

darby, I too had a bad weekend, but I actually did gain 5 pounds!!!:( You gave me courage to be accountable and come on here and say that. Oh well, when this has happened to me before it usually comes back off quickly.
On the up side, I did exercise really well this weekend. :carrot: My legs are still sore from my run with the dogs. |
I have not been trying to lose weight, i'll be honest. I mean i wasn't randomly eating everything in sight, but it wasn't my main focus like it usually is. I didn't gain any weight, but i haven't lost any.
My life is really sad right now. I thought my husband would want to wait awhile before we just got divorced, but it doesn't seem like it. And I'm so confused. He'll cry about it, but says it's just cuz its sad, it's not that he's changing his mind. I think that sucks. Don't cry in front of me then. It's a mutual decision, but ladies you know that it sucks when the other doesn't want you. 144.4 this morning. want to see 139 by saturday |
Mamatoni-I figure if I can't be accountable to you guys than who can I be accountable to? My sister would be supportive, but secretly disgusted (she's 6'1; about 150 lbs., never had a weight problem in her life--in fact, even when I was thin, I still weighed more than she did when she was pregnant!) My mom would tell me to get my butt to the gym and eat cabbage soup for a week (she's nuts like that). My husband would try to say something to make me feel better, but it wouldn't work.
So, when I have good news or bad news to share, I always come here first! Is today going any better for you? |
