  • I am in AGAIN.

    Starting weight 135
    Goal 130

Hopefully I will finally go down, this is my third time around with 0 weightloss!
  • I'd like to join! I was 202.5 this morning and haven't been in the 100's in 7 years!!! Hopefully this will help motivate me.

    Start: 202.5
    Goal: 197.5
  • CONGRATS KittyCat! Well done!!

    How'd everyone's weekend go?

I had a girls' night out and didn't touch ONE snack--although I had a bevvie or 2. But I exercised and managed to drop .2.

So in this challenge I begin at 183.2 and aim to reach 178.2 (outta the 180's!!!!)

    On your marks, get set.....go!
  • 166.8 this morning, so I'm up almost two pounds from my lowest weight. Sad. But not entirely unexpected. Good or bad, my project's due tomorrow, then I'll be able to sleep again, and I expect the weight to plunge down at that point. Or maybe I just hope.

    So -

    Starting: 166.8
    Goal: 161.8

I have spent almost my entire life at 160 and above, so it will be a huge mental boost to get close to the 150s. And, my one year anniversary of starting this is almost exactly one month away. So, gotta kick it!
  • I am aware that when I don't sleep, my body swells up. Nature's reminder of good self care, maybe.
  • The scale showed a .5 weight gain this morning. I am so ticked off! Oh well..on with the next 5 lb challenge!

    Start weight: 139.5
    Goal weight: 134.5

    ladies!
  • No change for me on the scale today, drat!!!

    Start Weight: 195.6
    Current Weight: 194.8 (-.8)
    Challenge Goal Weight: 190.6
  • I am down a pound, I do this every week, lose a pound and gain it back, if I hit 133, it will be a real victory. It will be my lowest since having my second baby...

    Start 135
    Current 134
    Goal 130
  • I'm at 232 again this morning, oh well as long as i'm not gaining I'm cool :-)

Yep. I feel guilty about it, actually. Though today, inexplicably, I am down a pound. I did control my eating yesterday and did get in some decent cardio, but still had under four hours of sleep - which is taking a cumulative effect on me. But, for better or worse, my deadline is in four and a half hours, and I am just awaiting final revision from my client before submitting.

Whoo hoo, Mayson! I am finding that I am losing my last forty pounds very slowly, after a fairly easy loss of the first sixty. So, I can imagine how difficult it must be at 135ish. But, you know, when I seem to stay around a certain weight for weeks, I am grateful that I am still struggling rather than letting the pounds pile back on.

    Start of challenge: 166.8
    Current: 165.8
End of challenge ('cuz I'm going to win this time!) - 161.8
  • down a pound for me but still total- up
    star 153.3
    today154.5
  • down half a pound this morning...I made fresh bread last night (it is sooooo much better fresh out of the oven) and didn't have any b/c I wasn't hungry, I'm so proud of myself for listening to my stomach, rather than my tounge.

    start 202.5
    current 202
    goal 197.5
  • Looks like everyone is doing well!

    I am down 1.8 today.

    So start of challenge: 183.2
    Currently: 181.4
    Goal: 178.2
  • Well I lost 3 pounds fast on the last challenge then over exercised (started a new kettlebell class at our kung fu place) and gained what I am assuming is water weight since I keep yo-yo ing. I was gonna see if I evened out but since I haven't yet I will just go with what was on the scale this morning.

    Current: 192.5
    Goal: 187.5

Here is hoping! Course it could take a while for my body to adjust to the kettlebell class but once it does I am sure I will lose weight like crazy, don't see how I can but help it, its intense.
  • Down slightly today to 194.6, so I'm down 1 pound for the challenge...

    Start Weight: 195.6
    Current Weight: 194.6 (-1)
    Challenge Goal Weight: 190.6

Congrats Mamatoni on passing up that fresh bread, that must have been TOUGH! Good for you! And yay for your loss, too!

Yay Mommyfit, 1.8 pounds down, awesome!

Edzard -- that class sounds rough! I'm sure your body will adjust soon!
