I'm trying to keep my calories at 1400 or less and drink lots of water. It's been a rough week, but I am OP so far today.

I'm just finishing up day 3 of fat smash. At first I thought it woudl be hard but I am getting used to it! I think this is a plan I can actually lose weight on.

I have maintained for the past 2 weeks at 259 pounds...good time to join the challenge. Goal is 15 pounds by Memorial Day!

March 31 goal: 254
April 30 goal: 249
Memorial Day: 244

30 minutes of exercise 3x/wk
20 minutes exercise 4x/wk
At least 96oz water daily
Journal and stay OP with WW

I know I am a little late but can I join in too? I want to be down to 155 by Mid-may...I am kinda stuck right now, but all I know I need is a little motivation and the willpower to do it!

I'm joining in on this challenge....not sure what's doable but I will try to lose 20 lbs by Memorial Day. I was 169.5 this am.

I'm not weighing in again until sunday which will be day 10 of fat smsh for me. But I have been sneaking peaks at the scale and all I can say is I have never seen a loss liek this before!!

This site is really motivating to get back on track. Yesterday I ate 1314 calories and today it was 1305. My weight was down one pound this am but this is not my "official" weighin day.

Okay well I was bad the last 2 days and ate b-day cake! Not part of the FS plan but anyways I lost 7 lbs in 9 days on fat smash so I am happy!!

Well I am stuck!! I basically am not losing!! I am losing my motivation. I feel like if i stay on plan and nothing happens then why bother!! I guess it's TOM but it is still driving me crazy!

I want in on this challenge. I am really late starting it. I have my daughters high school graduation on the 24th of May. I want to be in a size 1x by then. I am in a 2x now. In jan i was in 3x tight. I will put my goal weight at 252. That is 20lbs from now. I am counting calories and eating around 14-1500 per day. This week I came in short because i have been really sick.

Oh, I -so hear you.- I've been stuck, and stuck, and then got un-stuck last week. I thought, anyway.

Then I dropped the scale before stepping on it, and had to replace it.

Presto: the four pounds I thought I'd lost were -back,- as was another FOUR. ARRRGGGGHHHH!!!!

Needless to say, that's hardly motivating. I think I want my old scale back. Surely all this work was actually good for -something?-
