HELLO ALL,
I know I 've been MIA, but thought I would drip in today to see what's going on. I have missed you all so.

I'll have to catch up later, since I am expeceting my DH home soon, but all has been well here. By the looks of my ticker, I am maintaining, but I have about 30 more pounds to loose and would like to get them off by my bday in October.

As for a plan, up until 2 weeks ago, I was very sucessful on Fat Smash, but I have been very lazy with both my eating and exercising. Though my house looks good.

So where's Grampaula? Anyone know how her dad was doing?
I'll catch up with you chicks later. Good to "see" everyone, and I'll be sure to keep posting.

Amy-If I could I would be more than happy to send this Texas heat your way. I don't mind sweating while working out, but sweating by just walking out the door is ridiculous.

NMichelle-Poker sounds like so much fun. I hope you take everyone to the cleaners!

i'll be happy to take it :) I'm hoping I can get some time off next month...the boss says it's ok, but it's the week of the challenge end at work. Scale's not moving but coworkers are starting to see where it's falling off (i'm guessing where i'm not measuring LOL)

i suppose i could get dressed and go get the new sneaks and sportsbras. i'm just so tired still. guess i'd better get back on track with water and vitamins.

Hey everyone...just cooling off from my run. My face is on fire though. I just started taking this acne medication and it makes my face feel terrible when i start sweating. I have no idea why but it is quite unpleasant...

Still WEEDing - still OP and even got a tad of weights in. Very stressful week - it's all I've got not to slip into Ye Olde Comfort Foode Cycle - the thought of how stupid & pointless that would be is what I'm relying on at the moment.

JASONALEA hey girl, boy do i know what thats like this has been a really depressing month for me as well. talk to us. it really helped to tell everyone what was going on with me, everyone is very supportive and interested in whats wrong. .. . so spill :)

Been off plan in many ways these past 3 days. We were at the cemetary today as my MIL was being buried. It has been a time of coming together of my DH's side of the family. There has been more communication in his family then there has been in a long time. Nice to see them coming together and supporting each other.

I have still been exercising and drinking lots of water, but haven't been thinking about what I put in my mouth and what I don't. Hopefully, I will feel ready to get back OP soon, but I am being patient with myself.

Thank you for all the condolences. It's pretty nice having a whole new group of friends that I didn't have a mere 1 and a half months ago!

Really only a few minutes, this week has been great eating wise (yes again) but due to 100 reasons I did not make it to the gym WED or Thurs (I just have to go!) but I AM going tonight with or Without DH and Kids. 30 minutes to myself sounds good to me.

Thanks Free. I've just was really depressed. I'm literally drowning in debt, I'm pretty sure I'm about to lose my day job because of my own sabortage, I got my hair cut and, unbelieveably, it made me even uglier, add on to that, I'm trying to prevent my BFF from losing everything. Her and her husband got into last night so now she's living with me and I feel like that worst friend ever cause I don't want her there! I hate living with people! But she has no where to go!

dept sadly theres not much help i can give i have the same problem. i know how stressful it can be , getting organized and setting a budget is the easiest way out though. as for the day job, start looking now just in case , everything happens for a reason you may just be happier at a different job and it was meant to happen . dont blame yourself. some jobs are just worth ditching :) . your hair cut . . .wow have i been there. i hacked off my hair once. i felt so ugly i cried and didnt go to work or class for a couple days. but i asked a friend if they could try and fix it or , help me to style it so it looked better. it honestly didnt look bad , it was just me. but were our own biggest critics , ive found that . so chin up. im sure your b-e-a-utiful:) we have a lot in common. i cant stand living with people ,im very territorial lol. maybe theyll work it out. most marriages have at minimun one time were seperation was at hand , or at least talked about. you are a really good friend for taking her in , dont beat yourself up that you dont want her there, its shows a lot that you put your uncomfortabilty aside to do something good for another person. i'd love to have a friend as selfless as you. be proud you have a good heart. im sure it will work out , she just needs time to get on her feet . . .. .

awwww jlea, things can only get better.:hug: I'm so glad you Posted about what's going on - freeqG is right about getting it out. Makes me feel better about sharing that I ate chips and sour cream until I passed out last nite, ya know?:^: I'm having drama at work and now drama again at home = disaster for my Plans of dealing with things in healthier ways. Lost my whole new "take care of me, so I can take care of everyone else" groove feeling in a nanosecond!:mad:

Soooo, no dancing carrots for me today - but am determined to shake it off and move on! I'm so proud of you clykkie!:hug: WTG on keeping up the water/ex during such a trying time!
