Hi girls

canary, I am sorry to see that you had an injury....I taketh you are better n ow as you are right back to the program so I am glad your okay : ) Despite your injury (some things are beyond our control) you have had a fabulous month! You too dust, keep it going ladies : ) As for me, hanging in there but there has definitely been a decrease in my shedule this month....I will focus on stepping it up next month or at least continuing as I fear slacking during the summer. Can't let that happen, must keep going!!!! Have a super day ladies : )

Thank you! I had an ankle injury that prevented me from exercising. I'm slowly starting to get back into my routine. I really missed exercising for that week. Good luck with exercising in July!
