Hi Everyone, Yesterday I did not excercise was kinda feeling a little sluggish. I think I am in the premenopause stage. I did do great on my eating and started to incorporate the points system from weight watchers. I did my 20 minutes of walking to work and will finish up the 40 minutes later in the day. Soon to be thin. How do you get so much kickboxing in? I would love to that. Do you go to a gym?

Full Steam Ahead, if it wasn't for your guidance and my friend knowing about the internet, I would still have a plane post. How do you get the ticker to move though when you lost weight?

Have a great day and keep on moving...

I'm IN

My goal for the month is to be able to walk from The FOster's Business Library on the UW campus to home (about 1/4 mile) without running out of breathe. It's a fairly wasy walk though I do have some stair climbing and a slight (easy) uphill walk for a short minut or two. So far since I've started I can now do the walk without having to sit down about half way home though I still am breathing hard but I'm not as completely out of breath as when I started at the beginning of the month. I have to say the the walk to the library is much much easier...I've worked up a small sweat but not breathing all that hard. For me that is-lol

WOW you girls are all doing GREAT! (check me out~I'm at the bottom of page one!)

B4Me I know how to move your ticker! (pick me! pick me! ::::hand waving wildly in the air:::::) Just click on user CP in the upper left corner. Then you can pick TWO places....edit PROFILE so you can change your s/c/g then/or you can go to edit SIGNATURE and scroll down and where you see the S/C/G you just backspace and change the number of the "current"....um I hope that was clear enough :D

Oh and I found that editing tickers from other sites were not as successful as changing the ones from here on 3fc? I had a cute one from tickerfactory? but it wanted me to go back and redo the whole ticker instead of just fixing it. Anyone else? So I just stick with the cute ones on here.

HI ladies,

I am sorry that I missed the posts yesterday, I came in rather quickly to plug in my numbers before logging out and somehow overlooked them.

Beautiful4me, I am glad I was able to be of some help : ) I didn't work out yesterday as my ankle was bothering me but today it feels fine so I have to do it and boy am I lazy to start! lol Often times, it's just a matter of givng myself a good push to get going.

NurseMichelle, I checked you out! lol : ) your doing great too! Your all doing great, let's keep up the good work ladies.

Teresa, I think that's wonderful that your walking, it's always such a great way to start...keep up the awesome work. : ) walking is still the mainstay of my program and I enjoy it the most, especially when I am able to do it outdoors.

Hope you all having a great weekend :)
