Hello my name is Maureen and I'm a soda addict. I知 admitting it and I知 asking for support I know I知 not the only soda addict out there. So I知 setting up a no soda 30 day challenge. The rules are simple no soda. More water. Sparking water is fine but no soda diet or other wise. At the end of the month the participants will receive a certificate form me. I would also recommend a reward system for your self at the end of the month. For me the reward will be a Paul Stanley T- Shirt I致e wanted one for a long time and this is the incentive that I need. I have to start tommorow cause I have already had 2 cans of Pepsi, today. I have been thinking about ( New's Years Res)quiting the pop just havn't done it yet, but maybe this will help. I know I can go about 4 days with out it then I get kinda cranky, but I did stop a couple years ago for a couple weeks and lost like 15lbs. I usually drink a about a 2lt a day, I have already started to drink more water so maybe just maybe I can do this. So starting tommorow which is January 29th I am going to go till Febuary 28th which will be 31 days. I can do it.
The good news is that I had only 1 each day, much less than I usually drink. I am starting fresh today. The first hour of the day is over and so far so good LOL. Thanks for the support, I know I can do this.
