My ankle gave me a bit of trouble first few days , but I am overcoming it ;) Nice to walk outdoors for a change, god was it nice!!!!!

Hey all! I thought I'd join in... But I only really got on the ball yesterday so I will start from there lol :p
My goal is 4-5 hours a week, and a march total of 12-15 hours...

March 14 - 1 hour aerobics (cardio + resistance) :exercise:
15 - 1 hour aerobics (cardio + resistance) :exercise:
16 - 30 min elliptical/20 min abs/10 min stretch - 1 hr :woops:
17 - 1 hr gym (stepper, elliptical, abs, stretch) :woops:
(week 1 total:4 hours! ) :yay:
18 - 1 hour walk :running:
19 - 1h aerobics (cardio +weights) :exercise:
20 - pulled groin... can't walk without pain. No gym for me. :(
21 - still in pain. Think it's better to take today off and head back tomorrow.
22 - back! 1 hr aerobics :exercise:
23 - 70 mins gym (crossramp, abs, stretch) :woops:
24 - 2h gym (run, crossramp, abs, weights, stretch) :woops:
(week 2 total: 6h, 10 mins ) :yay:
25 - 75 mins gym (crossramp, abs, stretch) :woops:
26 - 75 mins gym (crossramp, abs, stretch) :woops:

Hi everyone, hope you all had a great weekend. I'm still around, just been so busy all week cleaning and preparing for last Sundays party. I didn't do my regular exercise as I just didn't have the energy after all the spring cleaning etc. but I put in 14 hrs. of mostly heavy cleaning last week so I am going to record it, just so that I feel better and also so I can have a record of it when I print out my shedule at the end of the month. At least I will see what I did do, etc.

I was worried I would get out of the groove with my exercise, I rested up yesterday after the party and today it's back to my schedule! I feel lazy to do it! I am going to have to give myself a good push and get right back into the groove.

dust? oh gosh no! lol I need a break from cleaning. THank god it's over! You know how it is, always have to keep up with it, but at elast the heavy stuff is done, oh god! lol . I hope it lastsssssssss, lol :) ok so, I went right back with my workouts. My old vcr or rather tape is on the blink!!!!! So I tiried something new today and did aerobics via comcast! I feel good, feel like i am back on track! My mood wa s awful, the exercise helped!!!!!!!!!! thank god for that! keep it going my friends! gosh,I can't beleive it!, we are nearing april! by the way, happy first day of spring! :) oh how i want to kick ***, lol. keep up the awesome work ladies!
