thanks ladies and way to go laura dang you just a little walkin' machine these days huh well tonight im just not feeling it for exercise i may not get it in im draggin butt right now and im still at work LOL so im gonna cook speggtti tonight i guess this will be my cheat night i've kinnda cheated alot today i ate WAYYYY too many smarties darn i love those things

I'm in. I'm already curvy so I want to keep those curves but I want to be healthier and look really good in the bikini this year
Today: b: nutritional drink and 1 cup yogurt l: apple, yogurt and 1 serving of walnuts (3 miniture pieces of chocolate) I don't get a formal lunch break so I eat what I can quickly. d: turkey and corned beef sandwich on whole wheat bread and a glass of OJ I've been drinking water all day and an hour ago, I finished up a 60 min workout including 30 mins on the step machine, 300 cruches (200 regular, 100 side), 25 push ups, 50 squats. |
Goddess - Don't go overboard on the spaghetti! Just because you treated yourself a little today, doesn't mean you should fall off the wagon completely. Why punish yourself by continuing to slide? You had a little reward, now keep going! And just to keep nagging... if you are draggin' butt, maybe it's from the sugar high on the smarties? Don't overload on carbs tonight, get some healthy fibre in you! You'll perk up again, and bounce right back. I hope you have a terrific weekend. Hi everyone. Well it sounds like everyone did alright today but could have done better, like myself.
Sexybrokechic welcome to the challenge you'll love it here. It sounds like you did really well with your exercises. Laura, just curiouse why ya didn't post what you ate today and your exercises and stuff. It's no biggie, just wandering. Don't worry about sounding like a mother hen, you've been giving good advice that we all need to hear. Godess you've been doing really good lately, so it makes me a lil sad that you're gonna go for the spaghetti tonight, I'm not gonna say too much though, ya'll know how bad I've been doing here lately. Treat yourself to a pretty gift instead of a fattening meal. You deserve it. B: 1 peice WW bread with peanut butter S:none L: 3 peices of orange chicken and 1 cup fried rice S: 1/2 hot pocket D:huge salad with regular ranch, chicken, a lot of pasta and a lot of corn bread. (did really bad at dinner) Drinks: Not near enough water but some and I had some nestea. E: a little yoga this morning I hope all is good tomorrow for us all. I think the diet part will be good for me. Since it's the weekend and my fiance is home from work it will be hard for me to do any yoga or tai bo (too too embarrassing) I'll try and fit something else in. Good luck tomorrow ladies and remember if you need some extra support or just someone to talk to just ask. I know I will, lol. BTW we're suppose to be weighing in once a week, the day you weigh in is the day you joined this group right. I know my weigh in day is Thurday What's all of yours? |
Shy - I guess I log on at weird hours: the salad and chicken was what I ate yesterday: today is my third day in the challenge. I will be online later to let you know how I did.
I do have to amend yesterday's log though: S - was not the original chicken I planned. My mom invited me to dinner and we had a Donair - think gyro - and a big salad. E - I did the Slim in 6 video Snack: sigh. I ate a big bowl of cereal right before bed. Nighttime snacking is my worst enemy. Well, time to go grab breakfast. My mom is moving in with me today, so I have to help lug furniture around some more. One day I'll be able to do these things without worrying that I'm going to put my back out. I hope that today will be good for us all, I know weeknends are hard because of going out and family dinners. My fiance always wants to go aout and eat on the weekends that makes it a little harder on me to make healthy choices. Healthy and thin wishes to you all today. Ok, today was bad.
I didn't do any formal exercise - although I did a zillion staircases with heavy boxes and furniture. B- bowl of accapella cereal - maple nut with skim milk L- roasted chicken - drumstick, thigh and 1/2 breast, 1/2 cup store bought coleslaw, 2 buns with marg S- 2 apple strudels D- 1 cup mashed potatoes with sour cream and bacon bits, 1 cup curry chicken casserole, and 1/6 of an apple crumble pie. Well, tomorrow is another day. I will definitely go for a walk - I feel sluggish tonight because of all the poison in my body! Hope everyone else did better! |

Laura, the stair cases sounds like exercise to me. Today will better for you because you say so we control the food, it doesn't control use. This is a tough thing for me B:none S:maybe 1 cup gold fishh crackers, with my son. L1 peice of lasagna D: 2 steak tacos w/ corn tortillas rice and beans Drinks: Did I drink any water? I could have definatly done without the lasagna and tacos. Today will be even worse, we have a family bbq. Well wish me luck today and I'll be sending thin wishes to all of you. I'll be back tonight hopefully, the bbq is out of town. If not then I'll late ya'll know tomorrow. |

I just thought I'd check in and say Hi. It doesn't look like anyone has posted yet what they had yesterday. I did so bad I don't even wanna say. B: chipoltle ciabatta fron jack in the bos with curly fries S: Rondele garlic and hearb cheese with a bunch of crackers, I aslo had some tortilla chips and salsa L:none D:2 grilled checken legs, no skin, a small salad reg ranch. I also had 2 peices of this peanut butter and chocolate ice cream pie. Hvan'y eaten anything yet today. We'll see how it goes. I wish you guys the best today. |

Yeah, I don't want to post what I ate yesterday - it's embarrissing and disgusting - I was having a very hungry day. Also, I didn't do ANY exercise.
Definitely not an OP day for me. :sumo: :eating2: :frypan: Today is a little better. It started out bad - B- 4 pieces toast with pb and j L- I finished the half bag of chips I didn't eat yesterday..., plus almost 1 cup of dip.. W- up to 1 L so far Planning on chili for supper tonight - plenty of protein and good carbs. Now for the good news: Curves sent out a flyer asking for 50 volunteers to participate in a 21 day study - you work out 3x a week for 3 weeks (for free, with a trainer) and I was accepted as a participant. I had my first workout today. I feel great. I love the circuit training set up. Plus, they told me that for the next 21 days, I can use the gym as much as I want - not just the 3x a week! Yeah! I'm going to go every day while I can. 21 days is not too long - I can stick with it! Well, I'll post again tonight and let you know how I did for the rest of the day. Keep it up girls! |

well tady wasnt good but it wasn't as bad as some of the others B:none L: santa fe chicken salad, have no idea how many cals that is D: like 6 buscuits with sugar and cinnimon Hope to hear from you all tomorrow and see how ur doin. BTW I havn't lost even 1 pound yet. Weigh in for me is this Thursady. I know if I really try hard I could lose 2 pounds by then. |

Welcome back godess. You seem motivated, that's great. I also had a little boost of motivation this morning. It's around noon and so far I've had a spinach salad with, cheese,cucumbers and baked skinless chicken on it. I plan on having maybe another salad for lunch with boiled eggs and chicken. I'm trying to get more protien. And Godess I am also looking forward to tai bo tonight. It's been a while since I've done it but I really like it. You feel so good working up the sweat and when I'm done I'm always in a good mood. I'll be back this evening to laet ya'll know how I did. Oh and can one tell me if one gallon of water is a good amount to drink a day.
