hi ladies

my name is julie. i just found this thread about two days ago and felt like finally i have found where i belong. i am a compulsive eater. out of the ten questions on one of the sticky's i answered yes to 13. my husband is very happy that i have found this board since when i am in the zone there is nothing he can say to stop me. so hi:wave:

hi ladies thanks for the welcome. i am trying to not yoyo diet so i am eating in moderation. i am really trying to control the compulsive eating and hopefully lose weight in the process.
