my story
On October 14, I wrote in my journal that I would no longer binge. It lasted for basically half of a month...and then my bf and I bought a box of Pot of Gold chocolates and I ate atleast half of them...and then, the next night, I didn't really eat dinner but ate 300 calories worth of white chocolate Chipits chips and random other things that appealed to my brief, ashamed-to-admit-it self. Then I felt awful.
I've gone 22 days with only 2 binges. That is a record for me. But I never want to binge again. I'm still working on eating healthy and not restricting, but bingeing makes me feel so ****ty. I'm focusing on being healthy and respecting myself.
