hi everybody!
i started indoor- cycling again this saturday (it īs a bit hard after beeing ill for three weeks) and i did some walking (ok, in reality i had to do several errands...) this morning. hopefully i will be back on the exercise track tomorrow. great job everybody exercising!! kate |
Okay, I'm going to do it this time! I'm determined to exercise every day. I'm going to walk on the treadmill at least 3 times a week and then do 20 mins of yoga daily.

Marianna, I hope your exams went well! What a relief it must be to have finished them. :) Yay, Jodi and Barb! :cheer2: I hope you're both hanging in there, too! I just got back from my workout. Considering I woke up with a UTI, it went pretty well. 30 minutes on the treadmill including an 18.5 minute run, and a little weight workout. Oh, and I used my ball the other day. Did some sit-ups and stuff. My stomach muscles are KILLING me! :D Going to consume massive quantities of cranberry capsules... I hope everyone gets some exercise in today! :grouphug: |
