Ok.. I am sorry.. but I give up on this thread! I have really tried to keep a dialog going... but after being gone for a week or so.. I come back and find the thread has dwindled to nothing. I am committed to working recovery.. and one of the things I know is really valuable is a safe place to talk out how you feel. I also do manage my weight by doing what I guess is a diet.. something I know some of you are opposed to.. but I need it because I do not want to be overweight and if I don't have a structured food plan.. I will overeat.

In any case.. I wish everyone the best of luck.. you may see me pop up in the WW thread.

I do belong to another eating disorder group.. but I don't think I am allowed to post the name of it... email me privately if you want the group link...it is based on the OA premise.. but it is not OA.
