From Binge Eating to Starting Over

Hi All!
I used to be an avid reader and writer on the binge threads and I have not had a binge in 1.5 months!!! huge breakthrough since i starrted working out I have lsot a total of 6 inches, so its a start after only a month of exercise.

I am so proud and happy not to be bingeing!!!:carrot:

good luck i know its tough but we can make it!!!

hey that's fantastic!!!
well done

you just reminded me - i have to buy some scales. inches are great but scales are a quick and easy way for me to check. i'd like to measure both!

i've been BF for a month but just binged the last couple of days. i think the new meds i've been on have affected me but i'm going to take inspiration from your 6" lost and work at being BF again. wow i'd love to lose that much !!!

where did you lose it? is that just from your waist? or does it count waist and hips???

sweet pea- heyy im glad i inspired you! I lost 1 inch off of each thigh (my biggest problem areas!!) and 2.5 inches off my abdominals, and 1 inch of my hips and .5 inches from my bust. Its from weight training and lots of cardio. at least 3 days per week, that seems to be working for me
i dont necessarily eat healthy but if i control how much i eat then i dont binge so i get to have a little of something

i'm just going to do mild exercise - i dance 2x a week but as they are lessons we are sometimes standing around watching the instructor and i walk the other days, not fast and not far but it all helps

for me the food intake is the main thing i need to change ...
