Binge triggers
 

I had a bit of a binge today, which I don't normally do...but what was weirder was the fact that it was out of RELIEF. Not stress or anger or whatever, but because I'd just gotten help with some huge financial worries and it was looking like things would be okay. And so I ate a whole package of the Pepperidge Farms soft-baked cookies. From relief! What a weird thing.

What triggers you? Has anyone else had this relief-binge?

Oh, yeah. :yes: I'll binge for pretty much any reason, including relief! :lol:
I think the key is to find something that rewards you other than food. I mean, there's GOTTA be something else out there that makes us feel good! ;)

I'm glad things are better for you financially... that's a huge stresser. :hug:
