I made it binge free yesterday!!


justjodi: Shopping would be great, but I guess it´s not necessary...My closet is full of clothes in all sizes. I tend to buy clothes I like one or two size too small- you know, because i am on a diet and it will fit very soon....So I have clothes which aren´t really used until now.
But yesterday night I was able to wear a jeans which I only wore around four times and it felt great! :carrot:
And i can get out of my favorite jeans without opening it! Truth to be told, that´s not useful at all ;) .

Great job everybody binge free!!

I've just found this thread and it's already too late for me today--I let myself get derailed by a free sample.

Thanks for the inspiration, though. I've gone a week before and I know I can do it again. No more bingeing this week!
