I don't know if this will work for you but....My boyfriend told me he can always tell when I'm mad or upset because all I do is clean. I like to bang things around and if that means the washer and floors get a banging well...

I have a clean house anyway....LOL:D

Acknowledge that your mad and out of sorts is a great start Nicole. Accept, surrender, and try to just be in the moment. When I find myself angry and fighting it all its because I am trying to control someone else or something, when truth be told all I can do is control me.

a good thing to channel your anger into is exercise: particularly running or biking, i've found. jump up and down. maybe go for a drive?
do you like loud music? rock?
come here and make frustrated posts in ALL CAPS? we'll put up with it :)

just brainstorming, some of them might be stupid :/

thanks for the suggestions. i do like rock music and i'm going to try that and maybe cleaning will help. i love the banging pots and pans but my 1 1/2 tr. old might pick that up and not stop!! lol he loves to bang things so if he sees mommy doing it he'll want to join!! i have gotten back on track yeah!! thanks again for all the support!

I'm right there with ya, Nicole! ;) Just been PMSing and the husband has been just driving me crazy. (you know he isn't doing anything just the hormones and all that) So I finally sat down with him and just flat out told him and he understood and agreed to give me some space.

I need to use exercise as a release too instead of food. ;)

:goodluck: and here is some :dust: for all who need it (including me!). We can do this! :cheer:
