It's gotten out of control. I was doing so well when school was in session a month ago, but now that we're on break 'til 9/23 I've been doing terrible!
I've stopped exercising consistently. I'll do great for a day or two, then fall off the wagon for four. I'll eat well for a day, then have junk food and fast food for three. Arrrrgh! Someone point me to the nearest wall so I can bang my head against it!
MY PLEDGE:
I pledge that this week I will NOT EAT JUNK FOOD. Of any kind. In any quantity. For any reason. Period.
I will enter this battle prepared. I will grocery shop this weekend for those items necessary for balanced, sensible meals. I will not go 6 hours without eating, then, starved and ravenous, dip into a fast food joint for a quick fix. I will eat something healthy and filling to avoid giving in to temptation and bad eating choices.
