small victories
 

my god children are over. you can't feed kids whole grain bread and super protein odwalla. they'll make the ick face faster than you can say... well... ick face.
so i bought two cans of ravioli, because i wasn't sure how hungry they would be.
michael didn't finish his.
now. i will admit that chef boyardee has been the provider of many of binge in my past. mini ravioli, in particular. on some occasions, i didn't even heat it up. the advent of the easy open can was my curse and my blessing.
so, the temptation to eat just the last few spoonfuls of michaels was... demonic.
but i dumped it. right into the trash can. and immediately rinsed out the bowl.
and the remaining can will go home with the kids tonight.
