I'm pretty pleased with myself. I haven't weighed in about five weeks since I had a major depressive episode and temporarily quit "dieting" and exercising. I finally decided to let them weigh me at my clinic last week, and I am thrilled to announce that I have maintained my 13 pound loss!

I was really surprised... I figured I would have gained 3 or 4 pounds back, so I am one happy chick!!
