Jill is a tough instructor, but she keeps you motivated and the workout doesn't require any wacky rubber tubing or wooden blocks. You just need a DVD player, a pair of light weights and yourself -- duh.

Problem: Was a binge eater in my teens & for a short while in my twenties. (Not that I was always overweight). Back then there were times that I ate to make myself feel better or to deal with stress. 08. What profession other than your own would you like to attempt? I want to publish my books I’ve written & make movies out of them. Be a science teacher for kids in 7th or 8th grade. Then later be a hot older professor at some University and teach Molecular Bioscience or Biology or something like that.

- Pizza! I love fancy pizza. Some of my favorite places are in Phoenix. I love Pizzeria Bianco. It’s a world famous pizzeria. The chef studied in Italy and is truly a rare talent! Mmmmm….:jeno:
- Chocolate. I love snacking on dark chocolate chips. They are full of antioxidants. Plus, for 13-15 chocolate chips its 70 calories and 9 carbs.
- Stuffed shells from Buca Di Beppo. Spicy sausage…need I say more.
- Fruit! Strawberries, peaches, bananas, cherries, kiwi, mango, star fruit, papaya, watermelon, avocados, and so many others! Yum!
- Veggies. Cucumber, carrots, broccoli, zucchini, squash, & potatoes!
- Nuts like almond, macadamia nut, walnut, are all full of Omega 3. Mmmm…
- Salsa! Home made chunky salsa with a good amount of cilantro, garlic, and sweet tomatoes. It is so healthy and such a great snack! :drool:
- Home made flautas with guacamole and pico de gallo.

Starting Date of Weightloss Journey: The earliest I remember thinking I had a weight problem was when I was 11. Looking back at pics its debatable whether I did . . .

Starting Weight/Present/Goal Weight: Heaviest was 268. Am currently on my encore trip back to 160 where I felt happy for the first time in my adult life. Not bcos of the weight itself . . . but bcos it was the first time I felt "normal" and like I blended in and belonged all at once. That I wasnt standing out bcos I was the largest person in the room.

Problem: Acute anxiety disorder & using food to cope + PCOS

Plan/Way of Eating: low carb - focus on lean proteins, a tonne of veggies not too much cheese/fat and I dont fight fruit when I want it :)

Favorite movies: I like romcoms :) they just make me smile

Favorite books: from Jane Austen and Worsworth to Sophie Kinsella

Music: Bon Jovi + lots of the current top 40 stuff
