NSV from last night
 

I figured I'd put this here instead of in the Successes because...this NSV has to do with my ED.

I showed my stash to my partner last night. We were talking...and they just weren't getting it. So...I got up...went to the kitchen...and pulled out all the empty containers of cookies that I had stashed away. (I don't have any ones with anything in them...so I guess that's a good thing)...

As usual, my partner was supportive and kind.

No more stashes. I need to be honest about food...with myself and my loved ones. If I buy it...I will own up to buying it.

I think thats awesome. Thats how I got out of secret eating was owning it basically to the first person I saw that cared about me. Becomes easier to NOT do it when you have to "cop" to it. Worked for me.

So I think thats a HUGE accomplishment because people who havent been there.. DONT "GET IT"

Jenn, I can't even imagine how hard that must have been for you to do! Great going girl...I can tell you are serious about this and I do not doubt for a minute that being binge free is something you CAN acheive.
