This is the longest I have gone with a 'new way of eating'.. 9 lbs down and I REALLY don't want to ruin it now! But, I can actually smell and taste and SEE warm, fudgy, flaky brownies... mhmmm... thank goodness there is NO brownie mix in this house! Normally right now I'd opt for way too many cookies.. but I am trying so hard to be strong! I am very hungry though!
For breakfast I had a serving size of Kix with 2% milk and a banana.
For lunch I had raw baby carrots and broccoli with fat free ranch, a few crackers and a chunk of white american cheese.
Dinner will be another fabulous recipe from 3FC, lemon pepper chicken with baked breaded zucchini and corn.
But I want something NOW!! I am literally holding myself down on this chair!
