Self Sabotage
Hi ladies,
it's been a while since I've been here. I went on a huge 2 month binge. I can't even believe it! I was down to 155 which is like a size 9/10 for me and about 5 pounds from my goal. Why did I do this to myself?? I gained back about 15 pounds in those two months. My obsession with food is ridiculous. Anyway, just wanted to pop in and say hi, I really need to get back in the swing of things. |

I'm sorry to hear you have regained some of the weight you had lost but I'm glad you now feel you are ready to try again. It's only been a couple of months since you started overeating again - some people take years to realize they need to get their act back together. I have been in the same situation (more than once) and it is possible to get back on track. I think you are ready to make a permanent lifestyle change because you have come back here for support and encouragement. I wish you every success in your weight loss efforts. I did the same, gained back 11lbs of the 22lbs I lost.... NOT GOOD!

The important thing is you're back & ready to try again! That's all that matters in the long haul! Keep on going girl! I know what you're going through!
