Yay! I'm not nuts! Or, at least, I'm not the only one!
I have always had a serious sweet tooth. In February, I finally realized I was eating cookies instead of actual food, so I gave up sweets altogether (even the sugar-free stuff), and made some other changes to start losing the weight for good. It's been a slow process, but it's going really well.
The thing is, about every 6 weeks, I dream that I'm eating cookies, or candy, or something. It's weird, because I'm not eating tons, just absentmindedly munching. Then I wake up having this incredible "OMG WHAT HAVE I DONE!?!? feeling of panic.
So apparently, while I may be done with the cookies, my sub-conscious is still holding on to them.
Oh well, fewer calories this way, right?
