Hi Peachie! I am sorry to find you here, feeing like such a failure. It was exactly for you I wrote the long (so what did you expect?) post on the low carb site. See "OOPS! please read" there.

I worry about you and your friends here. It is not true, in my very humble opinion, that you need to admonish yourself for your "binges." You are so very stressed out and have every reason to feel stressed.

Eating to ease the stress might not be all that bad. Think about it.
