1. What kind of shampoo do you use? Nioxin, which is for hair loss. Or as we call it at my house, "anti balding goo." I have a thinning problem, it really works.

1. What kind of shampoo do you use? the cheapest brand I can find. I find the expensive ones cause me to have to wash my hair more often than I'd like.

Most of the time I wear a size 6 but my last pair I had to buy a 5. Maybe that is where the weight is coming off.
