any weird triggers? (food mentioned)
 

ok, i can eat an item w/ sugar, as part of my three moderate meals with nothing in between, and my abstinence stays centered....of course i have the 'mouth hunger' for a second serving, but i usually eat these in a controlled setting, not at home, so i am not at the mercy of that compulsion. however, if i take a benadryl, for allergies, or a dramamine, any thing that makes me sleepy or 'off', i eat and eat and eat....is it because i cant concentrate on my tools, my prayer? weird, huh? what is your weirdest trigger? i have even eaten handfuls of cereal out of the box, in the middle of the night, and only dimly remembered it the next day...

oh, and alcohol, after one or two, is not a trigger, but after three, i will eat whatever dessert is around...

I think it's the "sleepy" trigger. I have that as well. If I'm really tired, all I want to do is eat - even before I sleep!
