Just wanted to get in a quick note before I jump in the shower... can't believe I of all people am the first one posting!

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I had a stressed out Friday & Saturday that led to some off-program eating, but thankfully, nothing too awful. I scarfed down a burger and fries and a glass of wine Friday night out at dinner, then a small pizza and jalepeno poppers Saturday. Gained 4 pounds of water weight in 2 days - bleck. Sunday it all came out though ;) I felt, hmm, like Niagara Falls :lol:

I forced myself to go to the gym Sunday, and felt much better afterwards for doing something healthy - 50 minutes on the elliptical trainer, rather than slugging out in front of the computer all day. Not that that can't be fun! :)

Ok, gotta get to work :p 9 hours today, then tomorrow morning, more nekkid people drawing! Last week we finally had a woman model, after what seemed an eternity of "Paul" the skinny runner guy. Yeah, he might be muscled, but how many times can one be expected to draw the same bod? We need variety! Womenly curves were fun... but then, I'm biased I guess ;)

Sarah, glad you're feeling better today! Life drawing is great, isn't it?! I took it for two years, and loved it.

I'm feeling icky... yes, Chris, you're right... I'm eating. :rolleyes: I'm hoping this will be a better week... I'm going to spend more time nurturing myself.

Hi all.

Went on a field trip with students today. It was fun.

Decent day all around. Tomorrow is going to be kind of long, with morning and afternoon meetings.
